Target Teams, a Cambridge, MA organization, was founded in 2001. We use a 'Best Practices Approach' to help our clients predict, develop and motivate their job candidates, employees, teams and leaders.
Along with our Business Partners, we have created and deployed advanced and repeatable assessment-based solutions to organizations which include: Cognos Corporation -- an IBM Company, Postini Inc. (now owned by Google), AT&T, Fidelity Investments, The Cobalt Group, Philips Oral Healthcare, Suffolk University, Redtail Solutions, Bank of America and many others.

Greta Roberts, President and CEO
Greta founded Target Teams in 2001 and is responsible for the strategic vision, management and day-to-day leadership of the company. Greta leads Target Teams with unique experience that allows her to understand employee performance assessment and development from both business and scientific perspectives. She leads the team to develop practical solutions for customers while providing extraordinary support for our Business Partners and Resellers.
Greta has more than 25 years of business experience in sales, marketing and recruiting positions for high tech organizations. Prior to establishing Target Teams, Greta held senior-level positions at companies such as Cisco Systems, Netscape Communications Inc., and Lotus Development Corp. She completed her Bachelor's Degree in the Behavioral Sciences at Messiah College and Temple University, and has completed advanced Master's Level work in Psychology at LaSalle University. She is a Master Certified Performance Consultant.
Actively involved in the business community, Greta is a current member of the The Chief Executives' Club of Boston, the Northeast Technology Sales Executive Association, the MIT Enterprise Forum, The Association for Corporate Growth and is a past Board Member for the Boston Entrepreneur's Network. |

Kevin Cook, Director of Business Development
Kevin brings more than 14 years of sales and business development experience to his clients at Target Teams. Prior to joining Target Teams, Kevin was the Manager of Sales for Microfinancial, Inc., a firm specializing in technology financing for small businesses.
Kevin began his sales business career HPSC, Inc., - a division of GE Healthcare Financial Services. He rapidly advanced into executive sales roles at HPSC and GE, completing his GE career as Vice President of GE's Dental Division.
Kevin holds a BS in Management from Providence College and an MBA from Boston College. He is a Master Certfied Performance Consultant. He is a current Board Member of the Northeast Institute of Management Consultants.

Paula Goudsmit, Director of Programs
Paula brings 15 years of business expertise to her client work at Target Teams. Prior to joining Target Teams she was principal of High Impact Coaching and Consulting, an executive coaching and consulting firm.
Her 10 years at IBM in various positions allowed her to gain worldwide business experience in program management and marketing while participating in a variety of executive roundtable forums, organizational change initiatives, mentoring programs, and executive coaching programs.
Paula holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Assumption College, Worcester, MA and a Master of Science Degree, with a concentration in organizational policy from Boston University, Boston, MA. She is a Master Certfied Performance Consultant, a Certified Professional Coach through the Coaches Training Institute, San Rafael, CA and an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaches Federation, Washington, D.C.
Paula is a current committee member for the Boston Chapter of the ICF (International Coach Federation). |
